1. Disconnect an account in your dashboard
- Open your dashboard using your private link, or sign in at Client login with Google or Facebook.
- Find the YouTube, Facebook or Instagram connection and choose Disconnect.
We immediately stop fetching data from that account and delete its stored access tokens. Your past reports stay on your dashboard until you request full deletion (option 3).
2. Revoke our access at Google or Facebook
You can also remove our access directly from the platform — this works even if you can't reach your dashboard.
Google / YouTube
- Go to your Google Account's third-party access page (Security → Third-party apps & services).
- Select Gridcore AI Social Auditor and choose Delete all connections / Remove access.
Facebook & Instagram
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (direct link).
- Find Gridcore AI Social Auditor, tick it and choose Remove. You can also tick the option to delete posts, videos or events the app may have published — note that we never publish anything on your behalf.
- Instagram professional accounts are connected through your Facebook Page, so removing the business integration on Facebook also removes our Instagram access.
Once access is revoked, our daily job can no longer read your data. Revoking access does not by itself delete the data we already hold — use option 3 for that.
3. Request full deletion of your data
Please send it from the email address you used when you subscribed, and include:
- your name;
- the YouTube channel, Facebook Page and/or Instagram account you connected;
- (optional) your Razorpay payment ID, to help us find your account quickly.
If you write from a different address, we may ask you to verify that the account is yours before deleting anything — this protects you from someone else deleting your data.
4. What we delete
- your client profile (name, email, profile links, contact number);
- all connections, including encrypted access/refresh tokens and any credentials you entered manually;
- all AI reports and the metrics snapshots stored with them;
- your private dashboard link (it stops working immediately).
What we keep: basic payment records (Razorpay order and payment IDs, amount, date) for as long as tax and accounting laws require. They contain no card or bank details and are not used for anything else.
5. Timeline & confirmation
We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and complete them within 30 days (usually much sooner). We will email you to confirm once your data has been deleted. If you have an active subscription, deletion ends the service for the remainder of the paid month.
More detail on how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
