Terms of Service

By accessing our website, paying for a subscription or using your dashboard, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Gridcore AI Social Auditor (the “Service”) reads analytics from the YouTube channel, Facebook Page and Instagram professional account you connect, and uses AI to produce a daily written audit that answers three questions: where viewers dropped off, why non-follower reach is low, and which hook and visual changes to try in your next video.

Reports are delivered on your private dashboard. Email delivery is planned (“coming soon”); Telegram and WhatsApp notifications are not currently offered. Features that are marked as coming soon are not part of the paid service until they are launched.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• The information you give us (name, email, profile links) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Your private dashboard link works like a password. Keep it confidential — anyone with the link can open your dashboard. If you think it has been exposed, generate a new one from your dashboard or contact us.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

• The subscription costs ₹9,999 per month (charged in Indian Rupees). The amount shown on the Razorpay checkout is the amount you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you also accept Razorpay's terms. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• No auto-debit. Each payment covers one month of service from the date of payment. To continue for another month you make a new payment; nothing is charged automatically.
• What happens when the month ends. The daily audits stop automatically on the end date shown on your dashboard (“Active until …”). You can still sign in to read the reports you already received, and paying again from your dashboard adds one more month — if you pay before the end date, the new month is added on top of the remaining days, so nothing is lost.
• We may change the price for future months. Any change will be shown before you pay and never affects a month you have already paid for.

• Cancelling — there is nothing to cancel: you stop simply by not paying again. The audits run until the end date of the month you paid for and then stop on their own. You can also disconnect your accounts or request deletion at any time.
• Duplicate or mistaken payments — if you were charged twice for the same month, or charged in error, we will refund the extra payment in full.
• Service problems — if, for reasons within our control, we could not deliver any report during the first 7 days after your payment (with at least one account correctly connected), you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment.
• Otherwise, because the service starts immediately, monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has begun.

To request a refund, email support@gridcoreinc.online with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may vary).

• You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting them you authorise us to read their analytics (read-only) for the purpose of producing your audit.
• By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Facebook and Instagram connections are subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
• Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of their respective owners. Gridcore AI Social Auditor is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.
• The data we can analyse depends on what these platforms make available through their APIs. If a platform changes, limits or withdraws access, parts of the audit may be unavailable until we adapt.

You agree not to:

• connect accounts you are not authorised to access, or share credentials that are not yours;
• attempt to access other clients' dashboards or data, or probe, scan or overload our systems;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its reports as a competing service;
• use the service for anything unlawful or in breach of any platform's terms.

Reports are generated automatically by AI models (Anthropic's Claude) from your account data. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and platform data can be delayed or revised. Reports are recommendations to support your own judgement — not guarantees. We do not promise any particular growth in views, reach, followers or revenue.

You keep all rights to your content and data. You may use your reports freely for your own business. We (and our licensors) own the service, website, software and branding; these terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription.

We aim to deliver a fresh audit every day but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance, platform API outages or other events may delay a report. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove a core feature you have paid for, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused part of that month.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other users or our systems at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data Deletion Instructions).

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue, followers or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the one month before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify active clients before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
